Raptor Education Foundation Visitor Reservation Form

We are open to the general public by advanced reservation.

Please note that we require ten (10) days notice when submitting visit requests from all visitors. We limit the amount of visitors for the same reasons our National Park and State Park campgrounds have limits. Current REF members have free access and may bring up to 5 guests at no charge (Limited to 1 visit every quarter). Non-members must pre-pay $10/person (all ages) for the visit using a credit card via our PayPal link. If you cannot use PayPal, we will take a credit card payment over the phone when your reservation is confirmed. Average visit lasts 60 minutes. Our site is located near Barr Lake State Park. When your visit is confirmed we will provide the street address with directions should you need them. No Pets or Smoking Allowed on the Premises. No unconfirmed visitors are allowed. Thank you.

Specific Seasonal Restrictions: Due to seasonal management issues, some dates are blocked out for all visitors without any notice. Should this apply to your request we will let you know. Quarantine conditions may also apply.

I understand, and will abide by any restrictions and notices provided upon my arrival. I understand that should an injury result from violations of the restrictions and/or guidelines, I assume full responsibility for any and all liabilities REF may incur. I understand that my requested reservation date(s) may not be available. First come, first served is our rule. Once your date is confirmed you must complete payment within 24 hours or your date will be released to the next visitor in our queue. Refunds available only if you cancel with a minimum 24 hours notice. All refunds will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. REF reserves the right to make changes to this page, and/or to the requirements and restrictions without notice.
